Alison Dugmore v Swansea NHS Trust and Morriston NHS Trust [2002] EWCA Civ 1689 CA

Alison Dugmore of Port Talbot developed a life-threatening reaction to latex powdered gloves during her employment as a nurse at two hospitals in Swansea. As a result of the exposure, Ms Dugmore developed skin irritation and respiratory problems.
